OAR 584-021-0215: Revocations

(1) Revocations of certificates shall be handled in accordance with ORS 342.175 through 342.190. (2) Failure to maintain a valid registered nurse license issued by the Oregon State Board of Nursing shall constitute grounds for revocation of a Professional School Nurse Certificate or an Emergency School Nurse Certificate.
