The purposes of this division are to: (1) Implement policies and procedures for the protection, use and release of personal information about individuals applying for or receiving Vocational Rehabilitation (Program) services, consistent with federal statutes and regulations for the Program. (2) Implement the confidentiality statutes for the Program in ORS 344.530(1)(b) and 344.600. (3) Clarify how these regulations incorporate and supplement other applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
