OAR 581-025-0005: District Boundary Board Hearings

(1) The boundary board may develop preprinted forms for a request and a petition for boundary change or merger. (2) Before the proposed boundary change or merger is considered, the boundary board shall give notice in the manner provided in ORS 330.101(1) and 330.635.
