OAR 581-021-0590: Menstrual Dignity for Students: Requirements

All education providers shall install in every student bathroom at least one dispenser that: (1) Does not require inserting coins or money; (2) Is clearly marked as free in at least two languages; (3) Is ADA compliant; (4) Is located in a place where all students can access products; and (5) Provides a variety of products with consideration of absorbency and size.
