OAR 581-020-0050: Evaluation: School Improvement and Professional Development Grant

(1) A teacher or administrator who receives a grant under this program shall submit a written evaluation report to the building site committee. The building site committee may require additional evaluative information. (2) The building site committee who receives a mini-grant under this program shall submit a written evaluation report to the local district superintendent to be included in an evaluation report to the Oregon Department of Education.
