OAR 581-017-0925: Funding

(1) Each biennium, the Department of Education will determine the funds available for the Foster Care Student Success Pilot Grant and the distribution of grant funding to eligible grant recipients. (2) Funds received by a grant recipient under this section must be separately accounted for and may be used only for the purposes described in the grant agreement. (3) A grant recipient may use up to five percent for administrative costs, including indirect costs, as determined by the grant agreement.
