OAR 581-017-0663: Early Indicator and Intervention System: Eligibility

(1) The following entities shall be eligible to receive an Early Indicator and Intervention Systems Grant: (a) School districts; (b) Public charter schools; (c) The Oregon School for the Deaf; (d) Youth Correctional Education Programs; (e) Juvenile Detention Educational Programs; (f) Long Term Care and Treatment Educational Programs or (g) Consortia of two or more eligible entities . (2) An education service district may serve as fiscal agent for a consortia or eligible entity .
