OAR 581-015-2860: Assistive Technology for ECSE

(1) Contractors or subcontractors must follow the rules and procedures in OAR 581-015-2055 to ensure that assistive technology devices or assistive technology services, or both, are available to preschool children with a disabilities age three through the age of eligibility for public school, if required as a part of the child's special education, related services or supplementary aids and services. (2) For the purposes of this rule, "school district" means contractors or subcontractors. (3) For the purposes of this rule, "IEP" means IFSP.
