OAR 581-015-2483: Written Affirmation

(1) When timely and meaningful consultation has occurred as described in OAR 581-015-2480, the public agency must obtain a written affirmation signed by the representatives of participating private schools. (2) If the representatives do not provide the affirmations within a reasonable period of time, the school district must forward the documentation of the consultation process to the Department.
