OAR 575-085-0050: Participant Eligibility

(1) A participant must be a resident of the State of Oregon as defined by the institution. (2) A participant must be enrolled or accepted for enrollment as un undergraduate at an institution participating in the Higher Education Community Service Voucher Program.
