OAR 438-015-0115: Fees for Attorneys Representing Insurers and Self-Insured Employers

A requested client paid fee shall: (1) Be reasonable, considering the factors prescribed in OAR 438-015-0010(4), to the extent such factors are relevant to a client-paid fee; and (2) Not exceed that agreed upon in the retainer agreement.
