OAR 438-015-0082: Timely Payment of Attorney Fees

(1) An approved attorney fee shall be paid within the time required for payment of the compensation out of which the approved fee is to be paid. (2) An assessed attorney fee shall be paid within 14 days of the date the order authorizing the fee becomes final.
