OAR 436-110-0150: Pilot Projects

(1) The director may develop one or more pilot projects to test alternatives to the current system of re-employing preferred workers. (2) Notwithstanding any other provision of these rules, the director and others participating in pilot projects are bound by the terms of the pilot project.
