OAR 436-085-0003: Purpose and Applicability

(1) These rules carry out the workers’ compensation law related to the development and collection of assessments from insurers, self-insured employers, and self-insured employer groups. (2) These rules apply to assessments paid by insurers, self-insured employers, and self-insured employer groups under ORS 656.612 and 656.614. (3) The director may waive procedural rules as justice requires, unless otherwise obligated by statute.
