OAR 436-080-0003: Applicabililty and Purpose of Rules

(1) Purpose. These rules carry out the provisions of ORS 656.017, 656.052, 656.054, 656.407, 656.735, and 656.740. (2) Applicability. These rules apply to all orders issued under ORS 656.052, 656.735, or 656.740 on or after the effective date of these rules. (3) Director’s discretion. The director may waive procedural rules as justice requires, unless otherwise obligated by statute.
