OAR 436-070-0040: Monitoring/Auditing

(1) Employers must maintain payroll and employment records that reflect the total hours worked by all employees for the current calendar year plus three prior calendar years. (2) Under ORS 656.726, the director may inspect the books, records and payrolls of employers pertinent to the administration of these rules. Employers must provide the director with all pertinent books, records and payrolls upon request.
