OAR 419-430-0100: Day Treatment Agencies: Policies and Procedures

A day treatment agency must have a written policy that includes the following: (1) Hours of operation. (2) Service area. (3) Family expectations and participation requirements. (4) Type of behavioral and affective characteristics of the children in care. (5) Psychiatric, therapeutic, or counseling services offered.
