OAR 416-430-0030: Removal of Descriptors

(1) In the event a descriptor is improperly applied or when information is received that indicates the descriptor is not needed, a written request will be made to remove it. This request will state the reason the descriptor does not apply to the case. (2) OYA will notify the youth in custody when a descriptor is removed.
