OAR 415-054-0560: Demonstration Project General Requirements

(1) The approved demonstration project must comply with all applicable ADSS, DUII education and DUII rehabilitation, and recommendations for restricted license requirements. (2) The effectiveness of the approved demonstration project must be evaluated as agreed upon between the applicant and the Division. (3) Results of the program evaluation must be submitted to the Division within timelines approved by the Chief Officer.
