OAR 414-460-0010: Eligibility Criteria for Contract Applicants

(1) Nonsectarian organizations including school districts and Head Start grantees are eligible to compete for funding to establish an Oregon Prenatal to Kindergarten program. (2) No person in any Oregon Prenatal to Kindergarten program shall be subjected to discrimination, of any kind, including that as defined in ORS 659.850.
