OAR 410-141-3650: MCE Assessment: Final Order of Payment

The Authority shall issue a final order of payment for deficiencies or penalties when: (1) The MCE did not make a timely request for a hearing; (2) Any part of the deficiency or penalty was upheld after a hearing; (3) Upon agreement of the MCE and the Authority.
