(1) The purpose of this OAR Chapter 410, division 134 is to set forth the rules that are specific to the Healthier Oregon program. (2) The Healthier Oregon program is a medical assistance benefit package equal to OHP Plus defined and described in OAR 410-120-1210. (3) The Healthier Oregon program is funded with state and federal dollars as described in OAR 410-134-0004.
