OAR 410-050-0840: Final Order of Payment

A final order of payment is a final Authority action, expressed in writing, based on a notice of proposed action where a payment amount is due to the Authority. The Authority shall issue a final order of payment for deficiencies or penalties when: (1) The hospital did not make a timely request for a hearing; (2) Any part of the deficiency and penalty was upheld after a hearing; or (3) Upon the agreement of the hospital and the Authority.
