OAR 409-036-0150: Data Sharing

(1) The Authority may not share data about eligible providers or students participating in the Program, other than for purposes of planning, program evaluation or analysis. (2) Data may only be shared with: (a) Agencies, offices, or contractors of the Authority; (b) The Oregon Employment Department; and (c) A non-governmental entity not noted above only with written approval from the director of the Authority.
