OAR 409-026-0140: Data Access

(1) For purposes of planning or analysis, the Authority may share de-identified, individual-level health care workforce data with other state agencies, including but not limited to: (a) Agencies, offices, or contractors of the Authority. (b) The Oregon Employment Department. (2) The Authority may not provide individual-level public data sets to a non-governmental agency without written consent from the relevant health care workforce regulatory board.
