OAR 345-015-0140: Review by the Department of Energy

The Department of Energy shall review the notice of intent (NOI) and the comments and recommendations received by the final date for submission of comments specified in the public notice described in OAR 345-015-0110 and in the memorandum described in 345-015-0120. The Department shall send copies of any written comments or recommendations to the applicant.
