OAR 340-240-0020: Emission Limitations

Emission limitations established herein and stated in terms of pounds per 1,000 square feet of production are to be computed on an hourly basis using the maximum 8 hour production capacity of the plant. NOTE: These rules are included in the State of Oregon Clean Air Act Implementation Plan that EQC adopted under OAR 340-200-0040.
