The emission limits established under OAR 340-236-0400 through 340-236-0440 are in addition to visible emission and other ambient air standards, established or to be established by the EQC, unless otherwise provided by rule. NOTE: This rule is included in the State of Oregon Clean Air Act Implementation Plan that EQC adopted under OAR 340-200-0040.
