OAR 340-224-0040: Review of Sources Subject to Major NSR or Type A State NSR for Compliance With Regulations

The owner or operator of a source subject to Major NSR or Type A State NSR must demonstrate the ability of the source to comply with all applicable air quality requirements of DEQ. NOTE: This rule is included in the State of Oregon Clean Air Act Implementation Plan that EQC adopted under OAR 340-200-0040.
