OAR 340-212-0150: Sampling, Testing and Measurement: Department Testing

Instead of asking for tests and sampling of emissions from the owner or operator of a source, DEQ may conduct such tests alone or in conjunction with the owner or operator. If DEQ conducts the testing or sampling, the agency will provide a copy of the results to the owner or operator. NOTE: This rule is included in the State of Oregon Clean Air Act Implementation Plan that EQC adopted under OAR 340-200-0040.
