OAR 340-209-0010: Purpose

The purpose of this division is to specify the requirements for notifying the public of certain permit actions and providing an opportunity for the public to participate in those permit actions. NOTE: This rule is included in the State of Oregon Clean Air Act Implementation Plan that EQC adopted under OAR 340-200-0040.
