OAR 340-204-0080: Motor Vehicle Inspection Boundary Designations

In addition to the area specified in ORS 815.300, pursuant to 468A.390, the following geographical areas are designated as areas within which motor vehicles are subject to the requirement under 815.300 to have a Certificate of Compliance issued pursuant to 468A.380 to be registered or have the registration of the vehicle renewed. (1) Portland Vehicle Inspection Area; (2) Medford-Ashland AQMA. NOTE: This rule is included in the State of Oregon Clean Air Act Implementation Plan that EQC adopted under OAR 340-200-0040.
