The provisions of 40 CFR 270.70 to 270.73, pertaining to interim status, are not included in the State’s hazardous waste management program. NOTE: State requirements applicable to existing hazardous waste management facilities are identified in rule 340-105-0010 and include provisions analogous to those of 40 CFR 270.71 and 270.72.
