OAR 340-104-0276: Food-Chain Crops

(1) In 40 CFR 264.276, the term “animal feed crops” is substituted for the term “food chain crops.” (2) The provisions of 40 CFR 264.276(b)(1) are deleted. NOTE: The state program is more stringent than the federal program in that it does not permit crops intended for human consumption to be grown on a land treatment facility.
