OAR 340-104-0220: Applicability to Surface Impoundments

(1) The provisions of 40 CFR 264.220 are deleted and replaced with the requirements of section (2) of this rule. (2) The regulations in Subpart K of 40 CFR, Part 264 apply to owners and operators of facilities that use surface impoundments to treat or store hazardous waste, except as 40 CFR 264.1 provides otherwise.
