OAR 340-081-0015: Eligible Projects

Projects eligible to receive financial assistance under these rules shall be: (1) Sewerage facilities as defined in OAR 340-081-0010 unless otherwise provided by law; and (2) Self supporting and self liquidating from revenues, gifts, grants from the federal government, user charges, assessments, and other fees.
