(1) Pursuant to ORS 675.240(1)(b) and (2), the Board adopts the current certification examination and passing score of the National Board For Certification in Occupational Therapy as the examination to determine the fitness of applicants for practice as an occupational therapist. (2) Pursuant to ORS 675.250(3), the Board approves the current certification examination and passing score of the National Board For Certification in Occupational Therapy as the examination to determine the fitness of applicants for practice as an occupational therapy assistant.
