This rule has an operative date of June 24, 2026. (1) In order to demonstrate need for nursing home beds, an applicant must satisfy the criteria specified in the Certificate of Need Application Instructions (division 580). (2) Where appropriate, responses to these instructions shall be based on the methodology of this division (division 610).
