OAR 333-520-0040: Radiology Services

(1) All hospitals, regardless of classification shall have on-site or contract radiology services that: (a) Comply with ORS Chapter 453 and its applicable implementing rules; (b) Support the hospital’s medical, surgical and other services; and (c) Are available on a timely basis. (2) All hospitals, regardless of classification, shall: (a) Employ or contract with a radiologist to certify the quality and adequacy of all radiology; and (b) Have on-site or in-house radiology staff available 24/7.
