OAR 333-255-0021: Denial of Ambulance Vehicle License Application

(1) If the Oregon Health Authority intends to deny an ambulance vehicle license application, it shall issue a Notice of Proposed Denial of License Application in accordance with ORS chapter 183. (2) The Authority shall deny an application for licensing of an ambulance vehicle that does not meet the standards in these rules except as permitted by OAR 333-255-0060(2) or (8).
