OAR 333-125-0070: Background Investigations and Access Control Program: Reinvestigation

(1) Licensees shall conduct a reinvestigation every 10 years for any individual with unescorted access to category 1 or category 2 quantities of radioactive material. (2) The reinvestigation shall consist of fingerprinting, FBI identification, and criminal history records check in accordance with OAR 333-125-0075 through 333-125-0080. (3) The reinvestigations must be completed within 10 years of the date on which these elements were last completed.
