OAR 333-119-0070: Specific Requirements: Protective Eyewear

(1) The registrant shall make available protective eyewear for use during tanning sessions. (2) The protective eyewear in section (1) of this rule shall meet the requirements of 21 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 1040, Section 1040.20(c)(4). (3) Tanning facility operators shall ensure, before each tanning session, that clients have approved protective eyewear.
