OAR 333-106-0230: Fluoroscopic X-ray Systems Requirements: Fluoroscopic Timer

(1) Means shall be provided to present the cumulative on-time of the fluoroscopic tube. (2) The maximum cumulative time of the timing device shall not exceed five minutes without resetting. (3) A signal audible to the fluoroscopist, or the appropriate operator, shall indicate the completion of any preset cumulative on-time; or if no audible signal is provided, the exposure shall terminate.
