OAR 333-101-0240: Hospital Radiology Inspector Accreditation

(1) Accreditation as a radiology inspector shall be valid for two years and shall expire in the second year on the last day of the month of issuance unless renewed. (2) An accreditation may be renewed if the radiology inspector has complied with the continuing education requirements specified in OAR 333-101-0260 and has paid the renewal fee. (3) An accreditation for the current period must be provided by the Authority.
