OAR 333-101-0055: Approval Not Implied

(1) No person, in any advertisement, shall refer to the fact that their facility is registered with the Authority pursuant to the provisions of OAR 333-101-0005 or 333-101-0020 and no person shall state or imply that any activity under such registration has been approved by the Authority. (2) No person shall refer to any rule, or state or imply rules in any advertisement without citing the exact wording of the rule in its entirety.
