OAR 333-101-0015: Transfer or Disposal of Radiation Producing Machines or Equipment

Whenever radiation producing machines or equipment, including general license devices containing radioactive material, are transferred or disposed of, the Authority must be notified in writing by the registrant within 30 days of the date of such transfer or disposal, and include the name and address of the person to whom it was transferred or its final disposition. NOTE: General License radioactive materials can only be transferred pursuant to requirements in OAR 333-102.
