OAR 333-035-0150: Denial, Suspension, or Revocation of License

(1) The Authority may impose a civil penalty or deny, suspend or revoke a program's license for failure to comply with ORS chapter 443 or these rules. (2) If the Authority intends to impose a civil penalty or deny, suspend or revoke a hospice program license, it shall do so in accordance with ORS 183.411 through 183.745.
