OAR 333-031-0020: Supervision

(1) The management shall maintain buildings, grounds, rental units, spaces, and furnishings in good repair and appearance and in clean condition. (2) Either the owner, an operator, a resident manager, a night clerk, or other such supervisor shall be available on the premises while it is open for use. In lieu thereof, there shall be posted on the premises the name and location of a representative who will be responsible for the operation of the establishment.
