OAR 333-018-0145: Health Care Acquired Infection Reporting and Public Disclosure: Compliance

(1) Health care facilities that fail to comply with these rules or fail to submit required data shall be subject to civil penalties not to exceed $500 per day per violation. (2) The Authority shall annually evaluate the quality of data submitted, as recommended by the committee.
