OAR 333-015-0135: Oregon Menu Labeling Act: Acceptable Methods for Determining Typical Nutrient Values for Required Nutrition Information

A chain restaurant must utilize one of the following methods for determining typical nutrient values for menu items and combination meal menu items: (1) Calorie and nutrient databases as that term is defined in OAR 333-015-0105; (2) Verifiable reference values as that term is defined in OAR 333-015-0105; (3) Laboratory testing as that term is defined in OAR 333-015-0105; and (4) Government standards as that term is defined in OAR 333-015-0105.
